Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CRIPCHAIN ("CRIPCHAIN", "we", "us") about your use of https://cripchain.com and our member panel (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
  • You must not use the Platform where doing so is illegal. It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply to you.
  • One person may hold one account. Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Your account and security

  • You are responsible for your password, your email account and your crypto wallet. Keep them private.
  • We strongly recommend switching on two-factor login in your profile. When it is on, we ask for a code for withdrawals and for changing your payout wallet.
  • Verify your email address; deposits and withdrawals stay locked until you do.
  • Tell us immediately at our support team if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. What the Platform does

CRIPCHAIN provides a member panel where you can buy and deposit CRIP tokens, activate a package, view your network, earn the income described in the plan, and withdraw USDT. Deposits and withdrawals are transactions on the BNB Smart Chain. They are processed by smart contracts and automated systems and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

4. Packages, tokens and the holding

  • A package has a price, a business volume (BV) and a 10% holding. The holding is kept in permanent reserve and cannot be withdrawn.
  • You activate a package by sending the required amount of CRIP tokens to the company wallet and submitting the transaction. The token price used is the live price shown on the Platform when you submit.
  • You are responsible for sending tokens to the correct address, on the correct network, from the wallet saved in your account. Mistaken transfers may not be recoverable.

5. Income plan

  • Income (direct, binary and level income, and any promotions) is calculated by the Platform according to the plan published on the website and in your panel.
  • Each package can earn up to 4 times its business volume. When the cap is reached the package ends and you may top up with a new one.
  • Income is not guaranteed. It depends on activity in your network and on the rules in force. We may correct mistakes, reverse income that was credited in error or through abuse, and change plan settings for the future. Material changes will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.

6. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are paid in USDT to a BEP-20 wallet address you control. A flat 5% admin charge applies to every withdrawal.
  • Requests pass automatic checks (wallet, balance, email verification and others). Some requests, for example large ones, may need manual review and can take longer.
  • You are responsible for the wallet address you save. We cannot recover funds sent to a correct-looking but wrong address.
  • A minimum withdrawal amount may apply and is shown in your panel.

7. Daily spin and promotions

The daily spin is a free promotional feature for active members. The odds and limits are shown on the spin page. Prizes are random, limited by a daily prize pool, and count toward your earning cap. We may change, pause or end promotions at any time.

8. What you must not do

  • Create fake or multiple accounts, or manipulate referrals or placement.
  • Use bots, exploits or any method to obtain income unfairly.
  • Use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful purpose.
  • Promise other people guaranteed profits or misrepresent how the Platform works. Anyone promoting the Platform must be honest about the risks.
  • Attack, overload or attempt to break into the Platform or other members' accounts.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account, hold withdrawals while we investigate, or reverse income if we reasonably believe these Terms were broken, the law requires it, or the account is at risk. You may stop using the Platform at any time; any remaining withdrawable balance can still be withdrawn unless it is subject to an investigation.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, blockchain congestion, third-party outages or events beyond our control can delay or stop deposits, price updates and withdrawals.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings and transactions in your country.

12. No advice

Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Please read the Risk Disclosure carefully.

13. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, CRIPCHAIN is not responsible for losses caused by market movements, blockchain or wallet problems, mistakes in addresses you provide, loss of your credentials, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page. If you keep using the Platform after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If we make an important change we will notify you by email or in your panel.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country, and disputes will be handled by the courts of your country, unless the law of your country gives you mandatory rights to use another forum.
